Why do you need to collect my personal information?

As a payment and activation facilities provider, we need a certain amount of information to be able to deliver services to you safely and legally.

We handle transactional interactions between multiple parties. Many of our locations also offer overnight stays. Both of these activities increase the amount of information we are obliged to gather to identify you as our customer. Most of this data is also required for us to meet our obligations under New Zealand Anti Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism law, "AML/CFT".
